A Letterkenny Town Councillor wants the local authority to secure funding a new home for the youth of the town.
Councillor Jim Lynch says the Council already pays rent for the Donegal Youth Service, while the Letterkenny Youth Club is without a base and has very little funding.
He acknowledges that a major capital project would not be a realistic aim, but he told Letterkenny Town Council this week that there may be existing buildings in public ownership which could fit the bill.
Councillor Lynch says finding a premises for both organisations would be a win win situation:
