Investigation into Derry ladder death

The North’s Health and Safety Executive has begun an investigation into the death of a 37 year old man in an accident in Derry yesterday.
The man fell off a ladder in Strand Road shortly before 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon. He was rushed to Altnagelvin Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
