An 11 year old boy’s been rushed to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast after a petrol bomb was thrown at him in the Bishop’s Field area of Derry last night.
Police are trying to establish the identities of two boys, believed to be aged around 12 or 13, who are believed to have been involved in the incident.
Local Councillor Kevin Campbell is urging local people to cooperate with police. He says while the outcome could have been worse, the boy has been badly burned………

The investigation is being led by Chief Inspector John Borrows.
