People in Raphoe urged to have say on flooding consultation

raphoefloodPeople in Raphoe are being urged to have their say in a public consultation on the long awaited proposals to alleviate flooding in Raphoe.
The issue has been a major point of discussion since several hundred thousand euro worth of damage was done in Raphoe by floods in 2006 and 2007.
It has now been confirmed that the public consultation process will take place later this month.
Among those who have regularly raised the issue in the council chamber is Cllr Gerry Crawford, he says final confirmation of the public consultation process is very welcome:
