Heartbreak For Glenswilly as Ballinderry win Ulster Final

Gary Mc DaidThere was heartbreak for Glenswilly in Sunday’s Ulster Senior Club final at Healy Park in Omagh losing 1-13 to 2-6 to Ballinderry.
The Donegal champions put in a spirited performance which seen them lead early in the first half and come from four down at the break to pull back level in the opening seven minutes of the second half.
In the final quarter of the game, Ballinderry took control again and moved ahead by four to take a 3rd Ulster title and their first since 2001.
Michael Murphy scored half of Glens total with 1-3 while Caolan Kelly bagged 1-1.
Speaking after the defeat Glenswilly Manager said the players were devastated.
