The traffic lights at the Letterkeny Institute of Technology have been switched back on today.
Since their installation the lights have been used intermittently, in recent weeks they have been off altogether with a central barrier and traffic works signs on the site.
LYIT President Paul Hannigan has confirmed that the necessary work has been carried out to allow the lights to be used effectively:
