Donegal County Council has had it’s last meeting before next months local elections.
Voting will take place in the local elections on May 22nd.
The county house in Lifford was packed out today as dozens of candidates handed in their nomination papers.
Verteran Cllr David Alcorn will not run in the elections, and today could be his last ever County Council meeting, but he isn’t ruling out a return to politics in the future:
