Fianna Fail in Donegal wants 10% of the local property tax paid in each housing estate to go towards essential works in the area.
That is according to Stranorlar area local election candidate Claudia Kennedy.
She says the money would be used to to fix poor lighting, fixing potholes and tackling anti-social behaviour……….
