Peter Hutton has been spending his first days as Derry City Manager preparing his side for Friday night’s trip to Cork City.
The former Derry player has been appointed manager until the end of the season following Roddy Collin’s departure last Sunday.
Hutton takes the reigns ahead of a busy period for the club which includes big games against the likes of Dundalk and St Pats to come.
Highland’s Senior Soccer Analyst Sean Connor who has been linked with the Derry job in the past is not surprised by the boards quick response to Collins’ departure.
