A man has been arrested by gardai investigating an alleged sex assault in South Donegal.
The assault on a woman in her early 30s is alleged to have taken place last week in Donegal town.
The suspect, in his early 60s, was questioned today at Ballyshanon Garda station.
Gardai have indicated they expect a file will be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
