A group of Donegal Councillors and TDs have today met with the Palestinian Ambassador to Ireland to convey their support for the people of Gaza.
Ahmad Abdel-razek received a civic reception at the council offices in Lifford.
Later he will address a public meeting in Gweedore.
Last month the Council supported a call for the Israeli Ambassador to Ireland to be expelled in protest at that country’s actions in Gaza.
