Stapleton, Muldoon & Ireland finish 4th at World Cup

Ireland will have to settle for fourth at the Women’s Rugby World Cup.
Despite tries from Grace Davitt and Niamh Briggs, they allowed their hosts cross the whitewash four times for a 25-18 French win.
Their final try come in the closing minute of the game to seal victory for the hosts.
Fahan’s Nora Stapleton started today’s third place play while Cappry’s Larissa Muldoon was among the replacements.
