Magees out of World Championships in Denmark

Chloe Magee bowed out of the women’s singles competition at the World Badminton Championships on Monday.
The Raphoe girl lost to world number 24 Yip Pui Yin of Hong Kong in straight sets in Copenhagen on the opening day of competition.
Chloe went out on a score 21-15 21-15 .
Chloe alongside her brother Sam also crashed out of the mixed doubles.
The Donegal partnership put in a strong showing but lost to Hung Ling Chen and Wen Hsing Cheng of Chinese Taipei who are ranked 35th in the world.
The Magee’s lost 24-22, 21-17.
