Duffy leaves Everton for Ewood Park

Blackburn Rovers have confirmed the signing of Shane Duffy from Premier League side Everton on a three-year deal.
The 22-year-old Republic of Ireland international has joined the Championship club for an undisclosed fee, reported to be in the region of £1.5 million (€1.8m).
The Derry native joined Everton as a 16-year-old in 2008 from Foyle Harps and went on to make 10 senior appearances for the club before playing on loan for Yeovil Town.
