Donegal County Council is being asked to convene a meeting of Donegal TDs and Inishowen County Councillors along with senior council engineers to agree a joint approach on Cockhill Bridge.
The call comes from Pádraig Mac Lochlainn TD who described the current situation as a political “mess” that needs to be “sorted out once and for all”.
He has accused Donegal County Council of letting the Government off the hook on the issue……..
