A Donegal Deputy claims thousands of under 18s around Ireland will not get a free water allowance contrary to claims by the government and Irish water.
Sinn Fein’s Pearse Doherty says there are groups of children under 18, not in receipt of the Children’s Allowance that will not qualify for a free water allowance.
