Police say graffiti attack on Coleraine Mayor’s home was a hate crime

Police in County Derry have confirmed they are treating a graffiti attack on the home of the DUP Mayor of Coleraine as a hate crime.
Shortly before 9.20 last night, it was reported that graffiti had been painted on the wall of Cllr George Duddy’s home at Drumaquill Road. The graffiti reads – “Curry my yoghurt, oil my AK-47”.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information in relation to it to contact Coleraine PSNI.
