Route changes for Donegal Marathon 2015

The Donegal Marathon will see a route change this year.
It was confirmed this week by the Donegal County Council that they will meet with race organisers to change the route of the full marathon.
After last year’s event which was the first marathon in the county in over 30 years, runners had said parts of the course were very tough due to the terrain.
Officials will now look to change the route to include less hilly sections.
The half-marathon route will remain the same.
The Donegal Marathon will take place on Sunday, August 23rd at 9.20 am.
