Everton manager Roberto Martinez says defensive mistakes cost them in last nights 5-2 defeat to Dynamo Kiev in Ukraine.
They lost 6-4 on aggregate with both Seamus Coleman and James Mc Carthy featuring for the Blues.
Martinez admits the better team won.
