A West Tyrone MLA has expressed concern at the disruption of a construction project in Strabane.
A new DARD direct office is currently being built on the site of old Social Security Office on Urney Road.
When complete the new office will employ upwards of 40 people.
But the company behind the construction have been ordered to attend a hearing in Belfast High Court after a homeowner close to the site complained that a crane there had invaded his property’s airspace.
