A man in his 40s has died following a road traffic accident just outside Sion Mills.
The two vehicle collision happened on the Melmount Road between Sion Mills and Victoria Bridge.
The RTC involving a lorry and a van happened just after 10pm close to the turn off to Bellspark Road.
The road at the scene was closed to facilitate a technical examination by the PSNI overnight, but the road has now reopened.
Meanwhile, a woman in her in 50s has died followed a fatal collision in Cookstown.
The accident happened on the Moneymore Road in the early hours of this morning.
The road is closed and diversions are in place.
