Former Derry boss Collins takes the reigns at Waterford

Waterford United will announce Roddy Collins as their manager today.
The Blues are currently bottom of the league 18 points behind leaders Finn Harps.
Collins hasn’t managed since leaving Derry last year but has previously earned promotion with Athlone and Monaghan.
Meanwhile, former Sligo Rovers manager Paul Cook has been appointed as Portsmouths new boss.
Cook has had succesfull spells at Accrington and Chesterfield since returning to England from Sligo.
