Tyrone selector to face ban while Donegal and Tyrone to be fined

Gavin Devlin
It’s widely reported this morning that Tyrone selector Gavin Devlin could be banned for his part in the half time melee with Donegal last Sunday in Ballybofey.
The Irish Daily Mail is suggesting that Devlin could face a lengthy eight week suspension.
Both counties will also be hit with €5,000 fines by Croke Park and they have been notified of the upcoming financial punishment.
The GAA’s Central Competitions Control Committee have reviewed video evidence of the incident as the players and backroom staff made their way to the tunnel.
It is understood that no Donegal or Tyrone players have been cited for involvement.
