Disappointing return to New York for Mark English

Mark English finished seventh in the 800m at Saturday’s Diamond League event in New York.
The Letterkenny man didn’t find the hot and breezy conditions ideal as he ran 1:46.12.
Mark will be disappointed with his performance given he ran 1:45.85 just a few weeks ago and his second place finish to David Rudisha at the same meet last year.
David Rudisha stormed to victory once again on Saturday with a season’s best 1:43.58.
