The family of a County Donegal teenager murdered by loyalists is taking legal action against the Ministry of Defence.
16-year-old Henry Cunningham from Carndonagh was killed in August 1973 when loyalist gunmen ambushed the van he was travelling home from work in.
In 2008, an Historical Enquiries Team report said that one of the guns used was stolen from a UDR base.
The report also found evidence of collusion between loyalists and the security forces in the raid of the base.
