English and Griffin miss out on the medals

Donegal’s Mark English and Karl Griffin both missed out on the medals in the 800m final of the European Under-23 Athletics Championships in Estonia.
Griffin came over the line in sixth place in 1.48.79
English came in 8th place in a time of 1.50.42
The race was won by Artur Kuciapski of Polcand in 1:48.11
Saul Ordonez of Spain was second in 1:48.23 while Zan Rudolf (Slovenia) was third in 1:48.47
