Doogan finishes 28th at World Junior TT

Donegal’s Ciara Doogan finished in 28th place in Monday’s Junior Women’s Individual  Time Trail at the UCI World Road Championships in Richmond, USA.
Doogan who was Ireland’s sole representative in the race, finished the 15k course in 23:18 minutes.
The TT was won by Amercian Chloe Dygert in 20:18.
The UCD student from Gortahork will be back on the bike stateside for Friday’s Road Race.
