Harps beat ten man UCD

Finn Harps secured second spot in the SSE Airtricity First Division with an impressive 3-0 win over a UCD side that had Chris Mulhall sent off after just 19 minutes following an off the ball incident with Ciaran Coll.
Harps had much the better of the first half with Kevin McHugh and Nathan Boyle both going close on a number of occasions while Raymond Foy had the best chance but his effort was brilliantly saved by Conor O’Donnell.
The home side deservedly took the lead on 47 minutes when Josh Mailey surged down the right and crossed for Nathal Boyle to connect with and score. Gareth Harkin got the second while Raymond Foy added the third to seal the points.
