Outrage at overnight vandalism at City Cemetery in Derry

Several graves have been damaged in overnight vandalism at the City Cemetery in Derry, described by workers there as the worst such incidents in recent years.
This morning, Foyle MLA Maeve Mc Laughlin and Derry and Strabane Mayor Elisha Mc Callion visited to cemetery to see the damage that’s been done.
The damage which included the destruction of crosses, wreaths and cuddly toys left at the graves of children.
In a statement, MLA Maeve McLaughlin said that the people involved in theses incidents need to take a good look at themselves and realise the hurt they are causing……….
