Update – 300 households and businesses still affected by Letterkenny power outage

 

Update –
 
The number of households and businesses affected by a nmajor power outage in Letterkenny has now been reduced to just under 300.
At its heighth, almost 1,000 households and businesses were in the dark.
The ESB is working on the fault, which is centred around Ballyraine.
It’s hoped to have power restored by 1pm
Meanwhile, 13 customers are affected by a fault which has just been reported in the Carndonagh area.
