Mac Lochlainn backs Adams as UUP call for investigation into Donaldson claims

Gerry Adams 2
Gardaí are being urged to investigate BBC claims that Gerry Adams may have ordered the murder of an IRA informer.
Their Spotlight programme last night suggested Mr Adams may have given the go-ahead to kill Denis Donaldson 10 years ago, because Republican Thomas ‘Slab’ Murphy wanted him dead.
Sinn Féin has dismissed the allegations about their party leader as mere ‘ conspiracy theories’.

Gerry Adams himself has refuted any suggestion that he was in any way involved.

Donegal Senator Padraig Mac Lochlainn has hit out at the programme, dismissing it as hearsay from an anonymous source.
He says as Sinn Fein Justice Spokesperson in the Dail, he himself supported the Donaldson family, and dis so at the behest of Gerry Adams………
