Letterkenny Gardai clock motorist speeding in frosty conditions

Gardai in Letterkenny clocked a motorist speeding overnight on the Dual carriageway outside the town during frosty weather.
The motorist was caught driving at 122km/h in a 100km zone during a routine speed checkpoint conducted by the traffic unit.
Gardai are now warning motorists to heed weather conditions and reduce speed.
Meanwhile gritters were out treating primary roads from 6am this morning.
