Donegal County Council has been asked to provide an explanation as to why a number of properties in Letterkenny have been left vacant for a period of time.
Councillor Dessie Shiels requested a breakdown of council owned non-residential properties and land in the town and reasons why they have not been leased.
He is seeking more clarity surrounding the vacancies as they could be providing an income for the Council:
