Signing of MoU for Education and Training providers in NW


The North West Strategic Growth Partnership has today officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding between education providers on both sides of the border.
In partnership with the Higher and Further Education and Training Institutions of the North West City Region, this new agreement in education and training is vital for the development of the region.
Malachy O’Neill, Provost Magee Campus Ulster University speaking today at the signing of the Memorandum says it is a significant day in bringing together the four institutions of the North West:

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the four higher education institutions of Donegal and Derry has been described as a historic day for the North West.
Today the agreement was signed as a commitment to establishing a strategic alliance between Letterkenny Institute of Technology, Ulster University, North West Regional College and Donegal ETB with a view of increasing collaboration on a cross-border basis.
