European Silver for Finn Valley athletes

There was success for two Donegal athletes at the European Masters Indoors in Madrid today.
Finn Valley’s Sinead McConnell and Margaret Reid were part of the Irish women’s team which won silver.
Both had personal best times in the 5k walk with McConnell on 30.06 and Reid hitting 27.30.
Spain won gold with Italy in third.
