Number on outpatient waiting lists reaches record high

The number of people on outpatient waiting lists has reached a record high of over half a million.
The Irish Independent reports just over 507, 500 public patients were waiting to see a specialist in April.
Those waiting over 18 months to be seen has increased from 77,500 in March to over 79,000 last month.
