Cllr John Ryan attends final full council meeting

Donegal County Councillor John Ryan attended his final full council meeting today.
The Inishowen Councillor announced that he was stepping down from Donegal County Council earlier this month.
Having served on the council for the past 9 years, the Fine Gael Councillor said work commitments led to his decision.
