Work on a significant housing project in Letterkenny is set to start in the New Year, three years after it was first unveiled.
The 4 million euro scheme includes the construction of almost 30 residential units consisting of 17 two storey dwellings and 12 apartments.
The new builds are to be located on at Ard Ban in the Long Lane area of the town.
Cllr Gerry McMonagle says this project has been in the pipeline for some time but is hopeful that it will finally come to fruition:
