The ‘mood music’ in talks between Northern Ireland’s political parties is better than at any time in the past two years.
That’s according to the Tánaiste, as negotiations to restore power-sharing resume later in Belfast.
The latest efforts to bring back a devolved government began on May 7th, after journalist Lyra McKee was killed in Derry.
