Naomh Muire Ladies defeated in Ulster Ladies Junior Football Championship Final

Naomh Muire Ladies have been defeated 6-11 to 2-4 by Edendork in the Ulster Ladies Junior Championship final.
Edendork started the brightest and led 1-4 to no score until Naomh Muire got their first score of the game from the penalty spot to put just four points between the two sides.
With just minutes to go to half time Edendork netted their second goal of the game to put them 2-5 to 1-2 up at half time.
Naomh Muire found themselves nine points down just four minutes into the second half but they battled back and scored 1-2 to close the gap to four.
That flurry of scores would be Naomh Muires’s as Edendork scored further 4-3 to seal their crown as Ulster Ladies Junior champions.
