IMO to vote today on plans to ballot for industrial action


Members of the Irish Medical Organisation will decide later whether or not to ballot for industrial action.
They’re meeting in Dublin to discuss the move over the consultant recruitment crisis.
The IMO says issues such as the mass emigration of doctors and pay parity for new recruits aren’t being addressed.
