3,800 people have been waiting over four years for an outpatient consultation.
Figures provided to Fianna Fáil show 462 of those waiting are children.
Health spokesperson, Stephen Donnelly claims the figures show Fine Gael’s hospital mismanagement is reckless and negligent.
