There were 11 people awaiting in-patient beds at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, three of them on Emergency Department trolleys.
Nationally, the INMOP says 521 admitted patients were are waiting for beds in hospitals across the country this morning.
The worst-hit was University Hospital Limerick, with 49.
