Shock after customer verbally abuses staff at popular takeaway

The owner of a popular takeaway in south Donegal has raised concern over a customer verbally abusing staff.
The Seafood Shack in Killybegs creates a hive of activity at the pier daily but the big increase in tourism has created a longer wait for orders especially at peak times.
The large queues and waiting times has resulted in a frustrated customer lashing out at a young staff member.
The small takeaway is currently only one of a few operating in the area and owner Mairead Anderson says naturally this will cause delays, but that does not excuse bad manners:
