28 Covid related deaths and 3,955 new cases in Ireland

28 additional Covid related deaths have been announced this evening.
26 of the deaths occurred this month while the remaining two are under investigation.
3,955 new cases have also been confirmed, 154 of them in Donegal.
The 14 day incident rate in the county has risen slightly to 1546.6 cases per 100,000 people.
