Tourism industry to receive €55M from European Commission

 

Ireland’s tourism industry is to receive 55 million euro in funding from the European Commission.
The funding hopes to address the losses caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and help keep the sector afloat during the outbreak.
The grants, which will be distributed throughout the year, will see companies receive up to 1.8 million euro.
