Council workers prepared to strike if forced to transfer to Irish Water

A trade union is warning that local authority workers are prepared to strike, if they are forcibly transferred to Irish Water.
SIPTU says crucial talks with the government, Irish Water and Trade Unions will take place in the coming weeks.
In a statement the union says workers are prepared to take swift action if a forced transfer to the utility takes place.
