There were two Donegal companies on the latest list of tax defaulters published last evening by the Revenue.
McGettigan Construction Ltd, which is now in liquidation, of Glebe, Kilmacrennan still owes just over €594,000, while McGonegal Group Ltd of Lematuder, Culkeeny, Malin, plumbing contractors and retailers reached a settlement of just over €59,372.52.
Nationally, motor dealer James Joseph Daly of Cloghan in County Offaly made a settlement €11.7 million, while Oshima Ireland of Santry in Dublin made a settlement of just over €4 million.
