Letterkenny University Hospital is the joint third most overcrowded hospital in the country this morning.
According to latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation, 22 people are waiting on a bed at the hospital.
5 patients are awaiting admission in the Emergency Department while a further 17 are on wards.
