Three Donegal islands are to benefit from €81,000 in funding announced by the Minister for Rural and Community Development.
Tory Island, Owey Island and Inishsirrer will receive a share of the funding.
The money will go towards capital projects involving road resurfacing, repair and improvement works to piers and the helipad on Tory Island.
Donegal County Council will provide co-funding for the works.
